I lost a lot of fat in my face sue to ematrix: Now I’m left looking like this: How can I become attractive again.

I’m not sure if the three pictures you’ve posted are supposed to represent before or after pictures but I can’t tell much difference between the pictures other than the angle is slightly different.
An ematrix is a type of laser that is designed to make your skin look more youthful. This should not have caused any damage to your facial fat pads, but the treatment may not have been administered correctly. 
Volume restoration can be done with fillers, such as hyaluronic acid (HA), or a treatment like Renuva –which replaces fat loss with your own actual fat. The nice thing about Renuva is that it's long-lasting and you can have it injected (using a fanning technique) to "seed" your face with the Renuva matrix. The body then grows its own fat cells where the Renuva was injected.
