I had a facelift and basically he just pulled the skin and didn’t reposition fat or tissues.Can it be redone repositioning the fat and tissues without losing skin?

Be seen in person--physical examination would most help identify what the source of these irregularities is, and therefore their best management. Lumps and bruising this far after a facelift is certainly unusual.
It sounds like you may need a revision procedure on one side. That usually means opening the one side and repeating the procedure but it might be in a limited fashion. In my practice, I will revise a facelift on one side at minimal expense to the patient if the relapse occurs within one year....
Liposuction with a small cannula is very efficient method to deal with residual jowls aftewr face lift. This is done in local anesthesia with minimal recovery time. Hope this helps.
