I had dental implants with crown done recently but crown feels weird and bulky. Feels like the tooth taking up too much space. I had one molar at the top done and one at the bottom. They feel uncomfortable. They also have these hole indent on them. Can issue be fixed?

Hello, yes, root seems to be short, we suggest having a Ct scan done to check height and width of bone and relation to sinus membrane. Extraction can be done and implant and bone graft placed at the same time, after 4 months of healing and integration a new crown over implant can be placed.
