Hello, the hole indent over the occlusal area of that crown has its purpose. In case you ever had the screw loose, or had any trouble with the implant, filling is removed and it is the access hole to the screw holding the abutment that holds your crown to that implant. Crown seems to be fine on the pics attached, if there is space in between where you floss, crown can be changed and re done. Hope this helps out!
