Hello, since it is the posterior area (molars) receive all the biting force I would definitely think about having implants and not a cantilever bridge. You could leave the back tooth which you say is healthy and have it individually crowned, and have 2 implants with a 3 unit bridge over it. Placing a cantilever bridge could later on affect the implants stability due to hight forces and fully action over it. Hope this helps :)

Hello, did you have a bone graft done after extraction? I would suggest option #1 having a dental implant placed since you are very young to have 2 intact healthy teeth grounded down to place a 3 unit bridge. If you don't have appropriate hygiene below the bridge, anchor teeth could get decay, and what was originally a 3 unit bridge to replace 1 tooth, will then be a 4 unit bridge to replace 2 and so on. It if it was my tooth I would definitely go for the implant.

Hello, you have had gum recession on that area and there is no emergence profile. Regularly a gum graft with connective tissue should have been done before placing final crown but don't panic, it can still be done to cover #9 and 10 so it won't feel as bulky.

Hello, we would need x rays, pictures and ct scan to evaluate area first. If you have had gum disease, bone loss and have a few teeth left it would be best to extract remaining teeth, place implants and bone grafts and place an immediate interim denture. 4 months later that same denture or a new one can be used to snap in on implants so you don't worry about the denture coming off and have full function of your teeth. A 6 unit bridge from canine to canine would be only a temporary solution if you have more missing teeth on the posterior area. Hope this helps!

Hello, porcelain veneers are bonded to the front part of your tooth and root canals are accessed through the back part of your tooth. There should be no problem with the veneer fracturing, yet if it happens tooth should be evaluated to see if a veneer or crown is a better option.
