I would recommend an implant. #31 is already compromised. An implant has better longevity than a bridge.

sorry for all your troubles. I would not suggest bridge because they are pain to clean. These days, I remove the tooth and if I can, I place the implant right then. Your bone loss is not that bad. So #30 implant!

#31 looks OK. There is an infection on #30. It needs to be cleaned well before an implant is placed.

Tooth definitely needs to be extracted and the bone grafted prior to either an implant or bridge! If you have none of the contraindications and the CBCT shows adequate volume I believe an implant is the way to go!
