I had a root canal on #30 and #31. Crown on #30 and had to wait on the other because of pregnancy. Fast forward- need #30 pulled before #31 crown. I was told there's bone loss for #30. Should I get an implant for #30 or a bridge since I need a crown? Or what would be the best option? We've spent over 4k (out of pocket) on 3 root canals and 2 crowns in the past 10 months. Thankful for any advice or course of action.

Answer: It would be best to remove element 30 for periapical infection,
Your concerns are valid. However, there should be no expectations of any guarantees from a doctor about treating a medical condition. Several factors can play into the success or failure of a specific procedure including the GBR and implant in your case. If you are concerned about a failure it...
Yes, you can wear an essix retainer over an implant site. It might be a better temporary solution that an immediately loaded implant as there will be less force on the implant as it heals.
Yes implants and are a good solutions to your problem, and lets hope you out live the numbers, imagine the bridge doesnt outlive and fails in 2 years, then doing a tx at that point, it will be better to do it now than later
