I was diagnosed with hypotelorism and recessed upper and lower jaws. I am strongly considering getting an orbital box osteotomy and jaw surgeries to fix these issues, but would also like to address my narrow cheekbones and underdeveloped brow ridge. Is it possible for craniofacial surgeons to determine how underdeveloped these areas are based on the rest of my abnormal facial growth pattern?

Hello ! I’ve personally treated patients who regretted having a bichectomy - that left them with a hollow face - with fat transfer offering them very satisfying results (the chin area can also be corrected). A 3rd revision rhinoplasty can be performed to correct the asymmetry.
