Can craniofacial surgeons determine how the brow ridge and cheekbones would look if they developed properly?

willamvon
I was diagnosed with hypotelorism and recessed upper and lower jaws. I am strongly considering getting an orbital box osteotomy and jaw surgeries to fix these issues, but would also like to address my narrow cheekbones and underdeveloped brow ridge. Is it possible for craniofacial surgeons to determine how underdeveloped these areas are based on the rest of my abnormal facial growth pattern?
