My nose appears wide and the bridge is too short. Would dorsal augmentation fix the way my nose looks from the side? It looks like a ski slope nose, especially when I smile. Or should I get rhinoplasty to make the tip smaller and get alar base reduction? My chin/jaw area is also disproportional, weak and asymmetrical. Would a sliding genioplasty increase the vertical length of my chin? I have a high forehead and feel like I need a stronger chin and jaw. Maybe jaw shaving? Thank you.
