Why does the right side of my face pull to the right? (photos)

Question

It's been like this for a very long time it's nothing new . Also my nose I feel is getting wider the older I get . I been through a lot of mental trauma most of my life and sadly it's all catching up in my face . I do not have fillers in my face .

Keep in mind that generally the two sides of the face are not identical and the nose like the rest of the face ages with time, the tissues tend to change over time due to gravity. Best wishes. That is a great question pinkdoll80. There is naturally a degree of asymmetry between the right and left sides of the face. This asymmetry becomes more apparent as we age, as the facial fat pads lose volume or descend. In practice I also tend to see patients whose muscles are more dominant on one side (seen during animation). The wonderful solution is that we are able to correct asymmetry fairly easily. An experienced provider will be able to communicate your options.
