Why does the right side of my face pull to the right? (photos)

It's been like this for a very long time it's nothing new . Also my nose I feel is getting wider the older I get . I been through a lot of mental trauma most of my life and sadly it's all catching up in my face . I do not have fillers in my face .

Thank you for your question and pictures, yes it's possible to improve your face appareance. I would recommend getting a combination of bichectomy, liposuction of your face contour, mandibular marcation and rhinoplasty.
