Is facial reconstructive surgery necessary or can I address this asymmetry with implants/fat grafting? (Photo)

Greetings, I was wondering if a less invasive method than jaw surgery was possible for my facial asymmetry? My jawline/mandible/cheekbone on my left side is sunken in a bit, so the chin skews left and the soft tissue is less full. This leads to my profiles on each side being very different and a deviated septum. My nose has already been operated on twice so I don’t know if it’s feasible to address again, but I would like to improve symmetry with implants to my jawline, cheek, and fat grafting.

Hello @pinkdoll80, thank you for your question. Keep in mind that generally the two sides of the face are not identical and the nose like the rest of the face ages with time, the tissues tend to change over time due to gravity. Best wishes. Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. American Society of Plastic...
Thank you for your question and pictures, yes it's possible to improve your face appareance. I would recommend getting a combination of bichectomy, liposuction of your face contour, mandibular marcation and rhinoplasty.
As for chronic facial palsy (facial paralysis), including sequelae, there are both Static and Dynamic surgical procedures. These can help with oral and ocular competence, symmetry, facial muscle movements and with over all appearance of the face. Consider having a consultation with a Board...
