Can you get breast fat transfer and transfer to hips at the same time?

Question

So I don’t want a bbl just a little bit of fat on my hips. But I also want breast fat transfer. Can I get it done at the same time since I won’t be able to lay on my stomach after the procedure is done. Could I still lay on my back

Yes, these can be done at the same time, as with fat transfer only to the hips it is OK to lay on your back (at least as far as I am concerned--discuss this with your surgeon).

This is an excellent question. If you are only getting a fat transfer to fill out your hip dips on the side, and you are not interested in a BBL, then you can lay on your back after surgery without any issues. You can also have a fat transfer to your breast at the same time. Depending on how much volume you want added to your breasts, you may need additional rounds of fat transfer to your breasts. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

If you can position a pillow under your back so there is no pressure on your hips, then yes. Otherwise, do the two procedures separately.
