What procedures would fix my asymmetrical eyes? (Photos)

Male, 22. I appear to have significant assymetry in my eyes. Both in terms of the eyelids as well as the pupils not aligning. I am wondering if there is a surgical or non surgical procedures that can be done to correct this assymetry? I understand that everyone is asymmetrical to some extent but I feel like my case is more significant. Thank you.

We treat these xanthelesma issues commonly in my plastic surgery office. I would suggest only doing this with an experienced eyelid surgeon in order to position the incisions in the right plane and axis. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

You have ptosis of both upper lids. I agree a good surgical approach would be to tighten the eyelid muscles on each side and potentially remove extra skin. I would not advise any lower lid surgery until the upper eyelids are even.
