Genetics, smoking and dieting have given me saggy cheeks and smile lines prominence. Filler did not really fix the sagginess. I've gotten it in my cheeks and smile lines. I'm looking for a long lasting result.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

As I examined your photos I noticed that your brows are asymmetrical, and actually right and left halves of your face show some differences (like everyone). The midface, or cheeks may descend in time, but in some people this happens in our early ages. This makes an hollow look under the eyes, a tired and upset appearance. 
Endoscopic mid-face lift surgery can be a permanent solution to this problem that you live. This operation, unlike classical face lift, can be done in younger ages, as it is a beautification operation rather than a rejuvenation surgery.
