My malar fat pad on my right side has completely separated, it now sits in my nose to mouth line and I have a hollowness where it used to sit. My cheeks were high and full untill I had some acne scar treatment subcision/excision and co2. Since then my face has dropped. What can i do to fix this? Im told im too young for a facelift (im 44) and have been suggested fat removal for lower face heaviness and fat transfer to cheeks. But my concern is that the transfer wont put the fat pad back up again
