After the alarplasty, the outermost edges of the left and right nostril are angled inwards & low on the philtrum instead of laterally towards the cheek. Can the incision of an alarplasty be reopened to reshape the nostril angle? And can the tip be lowered to have less projection? Can this look relatively natural with minimal scaring?
