I had 20 syringes of bellafill done to the tear trough - can I have an orbital rim implant done?

Hi All so 20 syringes of bellafill done to the tear trough area, left and right 10 and 10, just for the PMMA silicone to pop the bone out :( Im not liking the result at all and pmma is so small, can a surgeon a put an orbital rim implant in the tear troughts where the bellafill exists please confirm thanks.
