RF Microneedling with PRF for eye troughs - what are the risks associated with this procedure?

I am thinking about getting RF micro-needling combined with PRF for my under-eye troughs. What is the success rate of this procedure and what complications can happen? I heard the PRF will reabsorb into my body and really won't make a noticeable difference. But I have also heard great things.

Radio frequency with microneedling and PRF is generally considered to be a safe and effective treatment of the tear trough area. However, conditions to discuss with your provider would include, active acne, keloid, eczema, rosacea, and active infection.
This treatment potentially improves fine lines , hollows , and pigment. One should see results within 6 weeks of treatment, and improvement my continue over 3-4 months. Outcomes my last from 1-1.5 years. The procedure can be repeated at intervals.
