Will microdermabrasion and hydrafacials help with orange peel skin texture after Fraxel Dual?

I had Fraxel Dual done 6 weeks ago. The procedure left me with the dreaded orange peel-like skin texture (very large pores or maybe even dots from the Fraxel laser that scarred.) Would microdermabrasion and hydrafacials help with the texture?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis.  We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to discuss the best treatment options for your type of skin. .

Both your question about complications of fraxel laser treatment and the very next question by another RealSelf follower on his failure with both a fraxel laser and then an RF device, highlight what I have been warning my readers for years; the hard science to support these relatively expensive "bells and whistles" devices lags woefully behind the heavy marketing to promote their use. Sorry. At this point, you would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist as to how best to proceed and be very cautious if offered treatment with some other supposedly "next big thing" energy-based device.  Professionally performed conventional microneedling, which I have been performing for well over two decades, can be a very effective approach for improve all kinds of superficial skin textural and color irregularities.
