What can I do to improve the appearance of my forehead? (Photo)

I am not happy with the "dent" that appears in the middle of my forehead, attached is a link that shows multiple angles of my forehead (most concerning is the second picture). Would filler be an option? I believe this condition started at birth but I am not sure. https://imgur.com/a/TsdKxdF

Hi thanks for posting the photo. The depression in your forehead should be easily corrected with dermal fillers. Hyaluronic acid fillers are the most common type of filler used but if you want a more permanent fix you may want to consider Bellafill or a fat transfer.

I have had great success, with very gratifying results using a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler for treating indentations of the forehead, be they from underlying bony abnormalities or from a condition known as En Coup de Sabre (linear scleroderma). The forehead is no place for inexperienced, novice injectors. So, you would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector. Fillers can definitely be used in order to correct the dent you have in your forehead, however, I would recommend using a small amount of your own fat, which will provide you with natural and permanent results. Fillers most likely will need to be repeated every so often. Fat grafting is a relatively new tool for the majority of plastic surgeons worldwide, however, we have been using it for over 30 years with a great deal of success.
