What's the best way to fill a deep tear trough caused by a tight ligament?

My tear trough when filled, goes to either side of the ligament groove and never fills the actual groove. It was placed deep with a cannula by a certified doctor. Another doctor did say it may have to be placed more superficially What do you think?

Tear troughs are not caused by any ligaments in the surrounding area. Tear troughs, and the hollowness that is frequently seen in the lower eyelid and upper cheek are is usually a hereditary condition acquired from the father’s side of the family. The best way to treat the tear trough is by means of fat grafting. Fillers will usually create what’s called a Tindle effect and a baggie formation. Graphing on the other hand, one done by an expert fat, grafting specialist produces natural and permanent results. After having been performing fat grafting for 30 years, we’ve never had a patient who was dissatisfied with the results of such a procedure.
