Lip Lift with crooked philtrum due to deviated septum?

Would it look weird if I got a lip lift with a crooked philtrum due to a deviated septum? I don't plan on getting a rhinoplasty for a few years because my nose doesn't look that bad, but the minor deviation has caused my philtrum to be crooked. Can this be corrected during the lip lift? And if so does this mean I can't get a rhinoplasty later in life?

A lip lift will not correct the deviated septum.  You can have that done at a later time or at the same time as the lip lift.  A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
