Dental anaesthetic to upper front teeth triggered tissues hardening right after lip lift (Photo)

10 days after surgical llift I had to fix chip on my front tooth. My lip lift result was beautful , tissues soft , scar invisibl. Right after my dental appointment where local anaesthetic was used my lip became hard with hard bulging tiiisue between nose and lip. It feels like all space between nose and lip filled with filler, like a diaper granules filled with liquid. I tried massage, warm compresses hardness of the tissue dies but go away. No fever , no pain , no numbness . Please help!
