I had vascular occlusion 1.5 years ago from filler in my nose tip. The discoloration (red and purple) will not go away - I’ve tried several lasers and none have worked (including PDL and Excel V). What could possibly work? I’m desperate for a solution - this has marred my appearance so much and the discoloration fluctuates daily especially in response to colder temperatures. In warm weather it gets better, though not entirely. Any suggestions?
