How important is the pulse duration for laser treatment? I’ve got rosacea and the settings used by the doctor are completely inconsistent (eg, 4 Jouoes, 12ms; 9 Joules, 5 ms). I’m completely confused because sometimes I get absolutely no results and it’s really frustrating.
