Would Vbeam or Excel V Global be best for treating rosacea? (Photo)

Desiccation is best with needle or plasma pen over co2, and it will not be cured it will be improved but will always come back unless you maintain it with non ablative lasers or peels like Cosmelan and enlighten. sun in LA shouldn't hold you back from doing lasers. excel V will not cure scars...

There is no best antihistamine, in my office we give claritin or allergra with ibuprofen, those that swell alot can use medrol packs. but its best to just cooling masks and LED therapy as you want the swelling from vascular laser that helps the ultimate outcome (see link).  Best, Dr. Emer.

I will often combine excel v with clear and brilliant and Aquagold/microampule infusion to help speed up redness healing. at home red light is imperative.  you can get multiple treatments and even add laser genesis at the same time. I suggest seeing a laser expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.
