I have done Laser Genesis with the Xeo machine before. I recently had three different consultations and was recommended entirely different lasers from each: Excel V, Laser Genesis and VBeam. Who do I go with if I am Fitzpatrick III-IV with mild rosacea *and* mild melasma with a few freckles/sunspots and very mild texture issues?

Yes you can use the Excel V in that area however an eye shield should be placed in like a contact to avoid the potential for the laser to hit your retna
BBL, excel V, v beam are all similar and depends on the person using the device.

There is no "best" laser I often combine genesis with BBL or genesis with excel v. if those dont work then we go v beam. you willl need lift long treatment but initially more treatments till its improved. skincare, LED light are essential!
