Please could I ask if these implants sientra 445cc or 470cc both are UHP are too havy for me to cause back, neck and muscle pain? My hieght is 160cm, wt is 52kg, my BDW is 9 cm, I want more projection and I don’t care about natural look, but it will cause back and muscle pain for me? And please which size is too much to cause this pain?
Answer: I'd recommend going with the smaller implant Hi from Istanbul! Choosing the right implant size can be tricky, as implants add some weight and may cause discomfort if your body can't comfortably support them. I often discuss this with my patients, similar to considerations in breast reduction cases. Given your measurements, opting for slightly smaller implants could be a better choice to minimize the risk of back, neck, and muscle pain. Hope this helps, best of luck to you!

Answer: Muscle, neck and back pain Dear nona_31, larger implants can cause pain. However, there are no rules. Some people won't have pain even with larger implants and others will have pain caused by smaller implants. Answer: Neck and back pain There is not a specific size that guarantees no neck or back pain. Generally speaking, the larger the implant, the greater the risk. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. She/He has had the benefit of examining you and discussing your surgical goals. Together you can select the implant that's right for you.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Whichever you close, it takes 3 to 5 weeks to get used to before you feel the implants are part of you. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Will my implants cause muscle, neck and back pain to me? Will they be too heavy to cause all of this on me? Breast implants can potentially contribute to muscle, neck, and back pain, especially if they are large or if there are complications. It’s essential to consult with a medical professional to discuss your specific situation, as factors like implant size, placement, and individual health can influence any potential impact on discomfort.
