Hi Shreja,The only way to treat these is with a long pulsed Nd:YAG laser. This is not the same as a Q-switched or a picosecond Nd:YAG laser, so you have to find someone who has a ton of lasers and does a ton of laser procedures to locate one of these. A board-certified dermatologist who has done a laser fellowship is your best bet. IPL will do nothing for these. Sclerotherapy is not safe or effective for these. Hope this helps!Dr. Kiripolsky
