How do I fix my perioral mounds? (Photo)

Hello. I am 40 years old. Every year my peri oral mounds become more prominent. Should I use HA filler or sculptra around the area to give it more support or should I try micro liposuction? Some injectors have mentioned trying a thick deep filler and others mentioned a closer to the surface filler with more movement. I want to be proactive but also don't want to make my lower face too heavy with fillers. Thank you!
