I have terrible spider veins on my nose from being an idiot and squeezing the living daylights out of my skin. What procedure would be best for removing these ? I am trying to attach a picture. Thank you for your time.

No doubt you will be inundated with marketing hype and social media buzz for all kinds of IPL and laser treatments for "broken blood vessels."  The fact is that light electrodessication has been used safely and effectively for decades for treating this problem, something which cannot be said for all the expensive, "bells and whistles" light and energy-based treatments that you will no doubt be hawked in your search. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and not just any venue pushing the expensive device it has just purchased. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Ohmic thermolysis (VeinGogh) is a good method for clearing small veins on the nose. There are also topical lasers that can work.
