I had tear trough filler 4 years ago and a hard red spot appeared. I took antibiotics for it an it was still present so my doctor ended up dissolving the filler. It seemed to have done the trick but i stopped seeing this doctor(my own choice) about a year later i found a dermatologist that did my tear trough filler and; this large spot sank back up. We decided to dissolve then use steroid injection. This worked but now new filler fills around a hole. Can I get another steroid injection?
