You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist to discuss the use of an appropriate HA filler to nonsurgically augment the temples. In experienced hands, the temples can be augmented in about a fifteen minute treatment session. I performed two of thiese today alone and neither took me more than fifteen minutes. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question and photo. Dermal fillers are an ideal, non-surgical option for restoring lost volume in the upper face area. Temple injections can frame the eyes and enhance the facial contour for a balanced and symmetrical appearance. Results typically last for 6-12 months, depending on the formula used. Dermal filler treatments are often combined with neuromodulator injections to further enhance results. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector who can suggest the best option for helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.
Botox can be injected into these areas to create a softer look. The botox will essentially relax the muscles creating the appearance of atrophic muscles. Botox can not be used to change the size of your forehead as this is bone. I suggest consulting with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Filler is an option but only a temporary one. You will need to keep touching up the areas. Implants themselves are a better long term solution. Your strong cheekbones also accentuate the temple area, so you may consider softening those up to help minimize the discrepancy.
I would definitely recommend starting with the filler as it would really make a difference. I would recommend 2 syringes of Voluma, 1 on each side which last about 1 year

The first is a hyaluronic acid filler which holds good volume and can last 8-12 months on average. Sculptra is PLLA and generates quite a robust response. It's important to massage the areas post injection with Sculptra to reduce the risk of nodule formation. Hope this helps!
Fillers such as Restylane Silk, Belotero, or Juvederm can work well to treat lines around the mouth, but the best first option is laser resurfacing or deep peels to induce collagen production. Superficial radiofrequency devices and microneedling can help as well and are less invasive. I s...
First, let me say that your smile lines are by no means unusual for your age. Nor are they particularly bad. The use of a cohesive, low viscosity HA filler can work just fine for elevating and smoothing them more. While the concept of permanent is certainly alluring, when it comes to the use of...
This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
