I had a tummy tuck about a year ago and implants. However, I'm still unhappy with my figure and feel my waist is boxy. At the time my surgeon told me I didn't need lipo but I have about .5 inch of pinchable fat on my flanks. Otherwise, everything is muscle, I just have a boxy skeleton.I have been lifting weights to get a bum but haven't seen much significant gains. What options do I have to make my waistto hip ratio look better? Sculptra? Emsculpt? Lipo to flanks or thighs?
