Can filler be placed in nostril post rhinoplasty?

I had a rhinoplasty and cartilage was added to my nostrils. Overall I am very happy with the results but my nostrils are now slightly asymmetrical, as one side seems to have more cartilage added. The nostril with more cartilage looks more rounded, while the other nostril looks slightly inverted v shape. Is it possible to add a tiny amount of filler to the inverted v shaped nostril so it will look more rounded? I do not want another minor rhinoplasty as I fear I will worsen things.

In our practice, we utilize microdroplet Silikon-1000 to add volume to a retracted nostril after previous rhinoplasty surgery. Depending on your examination, this could be useful for improving upon nasal and nostril symmetry.
