At rest, I do not have nasolabial folds at all. But when I talk or smile, they are extremely pronounced and very very deep. I’ve been this way since I was a teenager (I have a lean face) but it’s gotten worse in my late thirties. Can filler help with dynamic lines? Do I need to wait until I see lines at rest? I’ve been told filler in the nasolabial folds can look bad and uncanny but I’m interested in the new RHA fillers which seem better suited to dynamic lines.
