Discoloration and indentations due to subcutaneous atrophy following kenalog injections. What is my recourse? (Photo)

6 weeks ago a derm administered diluted kenalog injections to both cheeks to treat a persistent, refractory inflammatory reaction to HA filler. the kenalog reduced the facial swelling, but has left me with disfiguring dents and collagen loss in both sides of my face. i have had 3 rounds of saline injections and 2 rounds of RF microneedling. i have seen minor improvement. is this condition permanent? what is the preferred method of treatment at this point? can i expect any resolution?
