Donut incision to improve shape and position of areolas? (Photo)

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like your breasts are not droopy so this can work. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Moving the areolae with a donut incision doesn’t work very well. Often the scars are poor and the areolae stretch out. It’s just not worth it

If you are wanting to reshape the breasts I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. With a donut lift the nipple can be downsized, but it is important to be aware that if there is too much tension on the incisions the areola can stretch and may have an irregular shape. Be sure to ask questions and understand the pros and cons of the procedure.

Personally, I’m not a big fan of the donut mastopexy.
To get a really good assessment you really need an examination.
I’m not sure why you’re right areola is elongated. Perhaps you have a slight capsular contraction or implant position may be slightly off.
It’s always helpful to see proper before and after pictures whenever we are making an assessment.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss revision options with them or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations.
The Benelli mastopexy can cause, wide scars, widening of the areola and flattening of the breast.
