28 year old female. Always had an uneven lower face but seems to be getting worse. I feel like it looks as if I’m storing something in one of my cheeks like a chipmunk. I want it to match the other side. Is there anything that can be done?

A temporary solution is the use of dermal fillers to make the cheeks symmetrical. A more permanent solution is custom cheek implants. Your chin is lacking projection and this causes your cheeks to appear more flat. Balancing your lower face with a chin implant of sliding genioplasty would improve your facial balance.
