I am a 60 year old woman and I am thinking about cheek implants as my face is both gaunt and narrow. I have had fillers in the past which helped but need a permanent solution. I am puzzled as to why my cheeks are still hollow following the face and neck lift. It appears as though my jaw line and under chin area of the neck have slackened off When I asked my surgeon if the face lift needed revising to tighten this up he said it would just slacken off again as the skin is elastic?
