Hi, I lost fat in my forehead after a radiofreqency treatment. The muscles are showing and the brows look a bit lower. Can you have both a brow lift and filler to make the forehead look more even? If so, in what order would they have to be done? Thank you :)

I believe you would benefit from a browlift using a frontal hairline incision. This will lower the hairline, remove some forehead skin and pull up the medial brow. I would wait for the Botox to resolve before doing any surgery. At that time, you may or may not need a blepharoplasty.
