Can too much heat cause Botox to wear off?

I had Botox (for my massetere hypertrophy) but it didn’t last too much: is it because three weeks after injection I stayed near my fireplace and BBQ three or four times? Thanks so much

Heat from your fireplace or grill three weeks after your Botox treatment would not shorten its longevity.  It is more likely that you were undertreated for the desired results.  You can return to your injector for an evaluation and touch up.

Being near your fireplace and BBQ should have no effect on your Botox treatment.  I'm not sure how much Botox was used to treat your masseter muscles, but it's possible that using more would cause the results to last longer.
