That said, I do agree that you have a significant amount of redness of the lower 1/3 of your nose. If you develop a scab on the external skin of your nasal tip at times, that is not normal. If your surgeon utilized permanent suture material to alter your nasal tip cartilages, perhaps you are sensitive to this material and it may be causing inflammation. Severity of the redness in your photos, please consult with your surgeon or another reputable rhinoplasty specialist. Try to get a copy of your operative report might be helpful as well.
