32 years old - Would operating on the left eye to remove sutures on the levator help my blinking delay?

I have congenital Ptosis of the right eye corrected unsuccessfully 3 times. The last time the surgeon tightened the left eye levator because he was afraid of hering’s law which did not happen and left my left eye over corrected. Years later and my right eye has a significant blink delay compared to the left eye. I don’t want to reoperate on the right because it does not heal well. Would operating on the left to remove those sutures help? I am a 32 year old female.
