I am considering a thigh lift because of loose skin/fat from weight loss. Could this help the venous insufficiency?

I have chronic venous insufficiency in my legs that is controlled by wearing compression socks. My calves and thighs are very disproportionate. I am considering a thigh lift because of loose skin/fat from weight loss. I am thinking tighter thighs could help the venous insufficiency? I am not opposed to wearing a full leg compression garment afterwards.
