The length of wearing compression garments usually depends on your plastic surgeon’s discretion and his assessment of your condition. Most surgeons prescribe a minimum time of two weeks, but some follow it up with secondary compression to give the best results.
In your case, I suggest that you go to your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon and get yourself checked up. It’s uncommon for compression garments to cause bleeding hemorrhoids, so there might be another cause. It’s best to have personal consultation just to be safe.
