Roughly, how many millimetres will my nose droop with age?

Thank you for your question. It is difficult or impossible to give you and exact number as to how far a nasal tip will drop especially after a rhinoplasty. How much a tip drops depends upon many factors relatd to to the make up of your skin, cartilage, and soft tissue of your nose. Everyone is different. Having a rhinoplasty will introduce scarring and changes in the structure of the nose that can increase or decrease tip drop. . For instance if you have an open rhinoplasty with a tip strut graft the tip will drop less than if you have an closed procedure without grafting. All that being said know that the tip will drop to a small degree over time. Talk to your doctor about your particular situation and perhaps he or she can give you a better estimate after an examination.

These changes are dependent on genetics, lifestyles, and your previous rhinoplasty procedures.
