Would fixing my deviated septum fix a post nasal drip and bad breath?

I would not do a septoplasty for those reasons; however it can help the post-nasal drip slightly. Generally that is caused by allergies and fixing the anatomy won't completely obliterate that but having improved airflow doesn't hurt.
