Dear Alfi dasthakeer, Thank you for your question and congratulations on your septoplasty operation. I tell all of my patients, that for the first 2-3 weeks they may feel as if they have a stuffy nose. It takes awhile for the swelling to go down. It is important to be patient, as the final results may not be apparent for at least 6-12 months after surgery. Best of luck to you!
