Your photos is limited to make evaluation. It is too early to make certain assessment, you have edema and swelling you need to complete your healing process. Hi,In general, swelling will last upto 3 months after septorhinoplasty. maybe scar tissue is is the nasal tip area. bump like shape around supratip area is common in early period after septorhinoplasty.If swelling becomes bigger suddenly, and skin color changes to reddish, that is infection signs.If not, you need to wait and see more.You don't need to worry about that, but you can discuss with the surgeon about your result regularly.You can see your final result in 4~6 months after operation.
