When I smile my nose seems to slant towards one side when I am not smiling, my nostril is slanted, the tip is too round? Options

What are my options? Will septoplasty on its own correct my concern? Or is the other surgeries I should explore? Also is the issue my nose or my jaw or my cheekbone? Thank you in advance.

A septoplasty alone will not correct a deviated nose but would need to be combined with an aesthetic rhinoplasty to address all of your concerns.  A face to face consultation should be arranged for examination of the internal and external structures of the nose.  Simulation photos are also a good communication tool to discuss your likes and dislikes and allows you to view potential changes to the nose while keeping in balance with your face shape. Dear Nandinemak, A septoplasty alone would not address your concerns with the aesthetic issues with your nose. A septorhinoplasty is a combined procedure which will address both the function and the aesthetics of the nose. You are an excellent candidate for septorhinoplasty surgery and this will help balance your facial aesthetics nicely. I do not see any concerns with your jaw or cheekbones. Your nose is crooked and needs refining and reshaping to allow a more feminine appearance. Seek consultations aided with digital imaging to show you the proposed results that surgery would provide for you. Then review the surgeons before and after photographs to ensure expertise.
