After septoplasty, my nose looks like its curving downward and nose tip is not sharp anymore. I wanted to know is this normal?

I just had my septoplasty 3 months back. Before surgery, my nose looked straight and both of my nostrils would appear even if I slightly tilt my head up but now they are not visible enough am I having retracted columella? when I smile my nose looks, even more, pointing downward also sometimes in the morning, my nose tip will become bigger and bulbous should I worry about this all Are there any exercise to straighten and sharp my nose I am hesitated to go for another surgery Thank you

Hello, thank you for your question and shared photos.Based on them we can say that as healing process requires, you have swelling as a part of your healing. Your nose  can look upturned due to edema and swelling, you need to complete your healing that take at least one year.Best Regards,
